• Anything you choose to share with us by email or through a form

Information collected automatically: when you visit the site, basic technical information is collected, such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages visited and the site that referred you. This comes through cookies and similar tools.

We do not collect health information through this website. Anything you choose to share during a Circle or session is held in confidence and is not recorded or stored by us.

• To deliver what you signed up for or purchased, including event details, program access and receipts

• To send you our emails, including news about upcoming Circles, offerings and occasional promotions. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of every email.

• To respond to your messages

• To keep the site secure and understand how it's used so we can improve it

• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their job:

• systeme.io: hosts our website, email list, checkout and course/program access

• Stripe & PayPal: processes payments. We never see or store your full card number.

• Zoom, Google Meet & Workspace

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Links to other sites

Our site includes links to other websites, including an affiliate link to our cacao supplier. When you click through, their privacy policies apply, not ours. If you buy through our affiliate link, the supplier may let us know a sale was made, but we don't receive your payment details.

Cookies

We and our service providers use cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site, like checkout, may not work properly without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services, stay in touch with you (until you unsubscribe), or meet legal and tax requirements. After that it is deleted.
